After fitting the RL7s I think the fronts need to come out a little say 10mm
Where is the best place to get extended studs from ? I had a trial go and they come out pretty easily.
What size will I need? ie: standard +10mm = ?? and what thread are they please ???

Think you need 57 ,standards are 47. Just stick an old nut on the end and give it a gentle knock ,then pull the new ones up with a wheel nut and don`t forget a bit of grease.

If you're knocking the studs out I recommend these, they do 16 and 20mm http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Mondeo-Hubcentric-1...

The lazy way is to use this style, cheap ones have been known to fall apart though. 24mm Hubcentric Spacers

The 10mm ones are fine ,they slot over the hub but they need to be a snug fit .

Looking at those 16mm ones how does the wheel fit over the spacer lip if the wheels do not have spigot reducer inserts ?

The centre bore lip bit should be sort of tapered off so that it is the same size as the hub. I've seen a few of the spigot ring type that don't support the wheel properly, I much prefer the hubcentric spacers.

How does the taper part of the spacer fit in the wheel ? surely the wheel spigot ring needs to be removed .

"The spacers are a nice one piece billet alluminium with a 4x 108 PCD with a centre bore of 63.4mm"

The lip should be tapered down so that it has a 63.4mm opening on the hub face and a 63.4mm circumference on the wheel face, that's how the ones that I've seen work confused

Thats how it looks in the photo too, though it may be some trick of the light.
