Face Lift !

I'm planning to give my Chim a 'face lift'. Loose the old headlights & replace with a Tuscan (or other) copy. Any suggestion on best compromise of looks, cost etc. My local independant TVR dealer says he can do the job for £1100 + vat. (includes respray for wings & bonnet). Is that the best way & is the price competitive ?
