Going to take the PAS out/off for reconditioning do I have to take the wheels off,,,

Oh Yes, and much more. Its a pig of a job until you have done it at least once. It will lift out but boy is it fiddly! Good luck

If you have ether the ACT or Clives Y piece it does not need to come off.. Not a bad job ,did my 5 times before the rack was not leaking .
