Has anyone got one? I'm considering this later this year (depending how long summer stays) and like to plan ahead and to ascertain if it is a feasible job for me. There was thread a little while ago promising a guide to removal, but nothing materialised.

Guidance to any specialised equipment/ TVR quirks would be appreciated too.

All you need is friends to help, making sure that one of them has done it before. Email or call Peter or Alex for any special tools info.

I agree with Qbee but with the addition of a fork-lift but regardless of how long you plan to put it back in ... Add a day to that time plan.

Okay thanks for that! That guide is pretty helpful and gives me a good picture. Not as bad as I expected. In fact, I've had most of that stuff dismantled already.

How about taking the gearbox out at the same time? Is this possible?

Peter, I'll try and get over to you before I start... I want to see that new car of yours!

Cheers
Chris
