Ignition timmings please

Hi just after a drive noticed the 430 is pinking slightly under load has anyone got the ignition timing data please, not sure if its the same as a 500 probably not so just want to check.

Timing 32 at 3750 or 34 at 4000 with vacuum off
Mine is running 12 degrees on idle.
Have you upgrade your injectors? When you fit injectors with a better spray patern, than put back the timing a few degrees.
