When driving slowly I suddenly have a regular clicking noise coming from the front . I jacked UK the front and when I spin the wheel fairly quickly I can get if it to do it. If I wiggle the inner brake pad it sounds the same ? There is a clip on the outside pad. Is there anything on the inner one ghat may have come off???

Don't dismiss a cracked bearing outer race either frown on every occasion I have seen this applying brake pressure stops the clicking sound scratchchin but please check the obvious 1st before diving in wink you wont be able to recreate the noise with the load off the problem wheel either (wheel off the ground) if it is bearing failure rolleyes

I had similar but as QBEE recommends mine was a loose calliper bolt, came out whilst driving luckily only on the street down from my house if it had came out a few mins earlier whilst making full use of the legal speed limit (Ahem) it could have been different...

I can re-create it when the wheel is off the ground and i spin the wheel quick enough. If I waggle the inner brake pad it kinda sounds the same like it is loose in there..but as I press the brake pedal it stops immediately I presume bacasue the caliper is then pushing it against the disk
Wheel off tomorrow for further investigations
