Each to their own and all that, but that interior is gopping.

Pretty great pictures.
Like the colour & it looks pretty much standard.

Yes you can get a 400 cheaper but if the chassis and engine are as good as the rest of the photos and it comes with a warranty then why not?

A car is worth what someone is willing to pay.
You or I might take a chance with a private sale at half the price that needs work others would just like a sorted mint car that they don't have to worry about.

People moan about residual values and then moan when cars are perceived as over priced!

Now that is how to present a car for sale.

Beautiful, love the interior.

I looked at one in similar colours when I bought mine. Carpets had faded and were pink! Not a good look....

Blue ones are faster.

Very likely those are new carpets, ours (now slipperys) had red carpets that had gone pink. (Now black).

I actually dont mind the interior, and the car does look mint. 4 star are missing a trick by not showing the chassis condition, since as others have said, that is key.

If the chassis is tip top, I guess it probably is worth close to the asking. Be nicer if it was a 500 or 450...

I think it works quite well but prefer my combo of biscuit with blue.

Fair price IMHO. A 98 Griff in the same condition/mileage would be north of £25k. Nice car. yes

By the beauty of the eye it is actually darker than it shows from the camera.

It is biscuit (Honest) not butterscotch tongue out

Wow, do they sell any at those prices?

1977 VW Scirocco GLS £17995 eek

I used to own virtually that identical car and was glad to get rid for about £1500 many years ago.

Mind you I also had a Mk1 Escort and amazingly they go for a packet now as well.

And my 2 TVRs have both shot up in price since I sold them.

Perhaps I should have just garaged all my old bangers. I'd be worth a mint now.

I do like the look of that Chimaera, the interior is great. For £8k I'd be interested!
