wiper motor

hi there we were on our way back from bng today in the pouring rain when the wipers decided to stop on the motorway greatttt. the motor looks as if it has burnt out to hot to touch .does anyone know if I can get a new one or will it have to be refurbed .if so any ideas where. thanks.

Just had one done by Adrian...came back looking so good you would have thought it was brand new.

You need to find out what has caused it to burn out. Most likely candidate is the wiper spindle boxes. Withdraw the drive from them and check they spin freely. I had one which was very stiff which caused the motor to blow.
