No Need - it's already there.
I agree, its diabolical. The disclaimer we sign makes it look like we are taking part at our own risk, but most of it naturally protects MSV, not us.
I am pretty sure my track day insurance only covers me for damage to MY car, not other peoples - I will check the policy and report back
