Can you overfill a radiator, I had a wee leak or the Radiator did should I say, bought K-SEAL like RADWELD, that seems to have stopped the leak well the one I can see, ran the car for about 15mins and it didnt overheat but there is water dripping from underneath the front, I cant se a leak as such from the top and cant see underneath, I dont want to take the radiator out if its ok, there was a lot of water underneath the Radiator but that could be there as I had the pipes of when I did the steering rack,,,

You can't overfill the rad as such, it needs to be bled via the bolt on the offside (yours might be different) so that it's full.Kenny
You can overfill the expansion tank, mine settles at about a third full, others report various heights, so make sure it's not just this venting.
I used the radweld stuff on mine and it cured a leak, but the sediment settled in the small pipe between the swirl pot and expansion tank, effectively sealing it off, fortunately I spotted it in time and flushed it all out of the rad and engine.
After my experience I would recommend you keep an eye on yours and do the same if necessary.
It became obvious when (cold) you remove the expansion cap, and squeeze the top hose, you should get a flow through to it, when mine blocked it obviously did nothing in there.
It sounds like you still have a leak if it's dripping, personally I use one of the Steve Heath coolant testers to pressurise the system when cold which shows up any leaks as if it was hot/under pressure. Unfortunately Steve isn't trading any more but if you can borrow one or make your own it's a handy tool to have.
