I'm getting the upgraded Racing Green droplinks fitted to my car this week. I don't suppose I'll be able to tell you if they are any good because a) my old drop links are 16 years old so probably well past their best and b) they are being fitted at the same time as new shocks. The service from RG was very good though and next day delivery.

s not straight.Daz,
Had a similar problem with mine.
Does this occur when you come off the power?
Get it on a ramp and check the 10mm bolts that secure the diff to the mounting plates.
These may be loose or worse stripped.
The bracket may also be bent but there is a solution.
I have put special steel inserts in the 4 threaded holes which does involve machining but the problem is now solved.
Call me on 01484 607937 if you want more detail.
Regards John

Thanks John I can hear a rattle over bumps and ruts just on the rear near side . The torsion bar will not fit in a place to make the near side one straight no matter how it fit it ,this must be the reason it as worn so quickly Had a similar problem with mine.

The diff was dropped last year to fit new diff bushes by Nick at Wollow sports cars so can`t see that being the problem
What does alarm me when I push the outriggers up and down I can se the plate moving where the anti roll bar bush and retainer bolts on to ..
Maybe the droplinks should have a rubber buffer each side ,the Steve Heath one`s are solid no rubbers.
Back to the diff ,the wheel as 2 to 3" play before it grabs and then a clonk from the diff .

Daz, if the Rear roll bar plates on the wishbones are broken then that might be the reason they are moving, I removed the wishbones and fitted some heavy plate as my n/s broke and the o/s did not look very healthy.
That reduced a lot of the clunking that I too thought was the link arms. The rest of the noises went when I replaced the shocks/springs ( the newness had worn off the bushes).
If your diff was removed and bushes changed last year then they will be alright unless they have come loose
