brake calliper torque settings

Anyone know the torque settings for the brake calliper fixing bolts and the 7mm allen key guide bolts?

Also can someone tell me the difference between discs at 58mm height and 53mm height. Which do I get to remain standard?

Never used a torque wrench on either, just nice 'n tight and a dab of "threadlock"

Same here, I leave the torque wrench for important parts that make you go faster not slower
