Front window rubber has lifted

Front window rubber has lifted,I need to stick it back down, who knows the best glue to do this, the wind screen was replaced this year, but as per the rest of the the repair, it is all coming apart. the near side head light beasel has also come loose, I need some sticky black stuff!
