Hi there,

currently thinking about doing the mod. Looking for pictures of somebody that has
already done it. Best would be from the side and back to see how far the standard
spider wheel is comming out.

Maybe somebody can help ?

Here's mine at NEC last year. you'll need 8mm spacers at front to correct offset.

if there is still some space between the wheel flange and chassis. Missing some english words on my side angel

Thanks, You need 'rear' spiders all round using 8mm spacers at the front.

ok sounds good. will have to figure out what to do with the
brake upgrade that is fitted to my car suing the ap 4 pot
calipers with the old cerbera disc size. did fit with the standard
15" perfectly but don't know what will change exactly when
going to 5 stud. hopefully the clearing stays the same and no
other mods have to be done ?

Maybe somebody knows ?

You would have no problems with clearance with 18" spiders. You will need to re-drill the discs of course to 5 stud. Or get 5 stud discs but then you are faced with differing disc 'height'. [Distance from face of disc meeting the wheel to face of disc].

If you are going 5 stud, don't forget about the RL7s for that TVR look.

that is exactly what i am afraid of. no problem of getting new discs all around but i am more afraid of if it is an easy fix or if any adaptor has to be custom made. wanted to go 16 front 17 rear or 17 front and rear. currently i have 17 front and 18 rear wtih 4 studs.

@phazed

OT, I'm getting another set of RL7s this week for the track, 17s and 18s.
