From time to time I have a sneaky look at the classifieds and have been noticing a trend.
When I bought my chim, there were over 120 chims for sale (May 2012). Far more than any other TVR.
Now there are more grifs for sale than chims (52 to 43 according to ph classifieds).

Got to be a good thing?

Sorry for the boring post. Just found it interesting.

Oh how weird. Defo got to be a good thing.
Also seem to think that private sale griffs are cheaper too.
The chim is the one to have!!

I wonder if the recent showing on fifth gear has encouraged a few people to purchase?

Hadn't seen that! Looked great on the vid.
They are definitely the better looking out of the 2 rv8s.

Of course, it could be that Chim sellers are unable to sell and are therefore withdrawing their ads at the 'wrong' time of the year. (Convertible, winter and Christmas coming, etc. etc.) After all, there has been much said about Chim owners who can't sell desirable cars and prices dropping over recent months.

Just saying that the trend may not be as encouraging as it seems....
