Just spend an hour in crawling traffic and transmission tunnel got very warn also the gear lever got warm? Does this happen to all of them?

No. Most get HOT.

Was getting worried, so hot legs are normal slight relief.

Sorry to keep batting on but left it for 40 mins and then all windows were steamed up? Again normal?

Yes, if you parked it in the swimming pool

If the carpets have absorbed some moisture (most have!) it's not uncommon for the heat to cause condensation on the windows.

My carpets aren't damp.

I was getting a one man sauna in mine yesterday even with the heater switched off. Thought the switch had broken...

... then realised I hadn't replaced the clutch master cylinder wing cover.

I now know (1) why they seal it with silicone and (2) how to keep warm with the roof off when it's snowing!
