So I finally bit the bullet and sold my car to get a Chim or Wedge.

Whilst I was prepping and marketing the car there were loads of likely candidates flying about.

Now nothing that suits! Wrong time of year?

This has been mentioned on here recently. Most likely cause is what you suggest. Unsold cars have been removed from sale until spring. Of course if you have deep pockets there are always the usual dealers.

As my old Mum would say, might be an idea to 'keep your hand on your ha'penny' until spring.

There may be some members on here are looking at selling who are yet to advertise, why not put down what you are after exactly, I for one may have one as I have moved house and simply do not see me using it, also the extra money would be handy!

Thanks. I don't have a large budget (£6k tops) so that might explain why I'm struggling! so it's going to be an older 4.0ltr or if I'm very lucky a 4.3 that needs tidying up.A car that's solid underneath with good mechanicals but a body that need sprucing up would be ideal.

There are some of those on Fleabay at the moment. If you have not owned one before just ask and someone will probably volunteer to come have a look see with you.

Chimaera 4.3, 4.3BV and a 390SE Wedge.All at different times I hasten to add. And after an abscence of a few years they're the cars I miss most. TVR is an ilness

Hello,thinking of selling my chimaera,been putting it off,as I have a cerbera now,and love driving both cars,can't see me getting to use both,would like her to go to fellow Tvr lover,let her go for six grand,she lives in South Wales,very tough to sell her and have not advertised her as yet,drop me line if interested.
