887/888 calipers
Discussion
From memory the bolts on the old are 10mm and the new 12mm, I just ran a drill through the existing hole in situ without any issues.
You will need 2 wheel drive Sierra Cosworth (not 4x4) 283mm discs and probably a very thin washer between caliper and upright for alignment.

Seen that thread before very helpful might go for the drilled/grooved disc's as i think they look good as i don't do track days cracking should not be an issue
I bought grooved only discs as I do track mine, I have to say they have been excellent with no cracking or warping, the only issue is when I use Ford (Mintex) pads, they stop brilliantly but I can destroy a set in one trackday so I now use Redstuff, they last better under hard use and look prettier.fatboychim said:

+1 great step by step guide, drilling the holes is easy in situ just take your time and step up in small stages.

I use green stuff pads and EDC grooved dimpled discs along with ss hoses and fresh fluid. great stopping power

Surely they only look prettier if you don't put the anti-squeal material on ?Richard 858 said:

The stick on pads only cover the touching parts if I remember correctly, you can definitely see the red pads, if that's what floats your boat, although when I put Redstuff on the rears they were paintless after half a day on the track.Gassing Station | Chimaera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
