What's the best way to get them out?
I've tried drilling, hammering, and hacksawing but nothing's touching it?
I can't seperate the lower wishbone from the upright so can't get at them

Assuming you're trying to remove the oem metallastic type and have burned or pulled the inner and rubber core out so that the outer remains, I ended up making a puller rig from a variety of sockets and heavy tube, drawn through with a hardened fine threaded draw bolt (from a Renault void bush tool). I also ended up cutting a fair way through most of them before they would move - problem I had was the socket I was using to pull against the bush was riding over the end of the bush material and wedging it out against the upright bore. TBH, it'd be worth dropping the wishbone off - only two bolts and will improve access for focused mediaevilality, although it's never going to be easy to get at.

I can't get the wish bone off! the bolt has seized to the inner metal sleave so can't hammer out the bolt

Have you got the nuts off the bolts?

Can you spin the bolt, if you can get it turning with air impact they often come out after enough spinning.

Really big nut & bolt in the middle as spreader may force the assembly out (possibly with bush).

Hard to tell really, in your attempts to remove you may have created any number of possible burrs/snags to further hinder removal?

Ah, so the clue wasn't in the title...
Think the answer will be in stripping the whole shebang off the car and getting it supported so you can belt it properly... Maybe get a load of plusgas in there meantime. Sounds a toughie; good luck!

The bolts go out to in... you'll only get a fairy hammer in there...

Unless I'm visualizing the completely wrong scenario?

Iwould cut the bolt head off and then smack the st out of it
Pushing it back into the upright
But you knead it off the car
Or press it out the rubber will kill the hammering shock
The press you just give it a pump

I have cut the head off the bolt and tried to smash it out, but the inner sleeve has seized to the bolt,so hitting it just bends the inner wishbone bracket, I thought about using a resiprocating saw but I don't have one and I don't know if I'll get the blade in there

If you can hit it hard enough to bend the wishbone ear, try supporting a socket or some other spacer over the cut bolt end (bearing on the w/bone) with a sledge hammer head or something equally massive/dense held by an able assistant. Idea is to focus/transfer the the impact as you clout it. Any deflection or spring is working against you.
For the sake of 6 drive shaft bolts etc, phaps pull the lot off to save the risk to bodywork and fingers.

Ok, just twigged you're bending the inner concealed w/bone bracket... Piece of tube in the hollow to support, wedged with a bolster or whatever is to hand, and the sledge head other end... Same principle

Have you got a picture to help visualize the problem. I have just rebuilt the entire rear end of my Cerbera and had a fair few issues with bolts and bushes.

Pupp tanks for confirming that this operation can be done in a semi mechanical manner rather than the cutting and chisel method identified in the bible.

I had the idea of manufacturinig a set of bushes and spacers to assist in pulling the bushes out of my chassis using the threaded bar puller technique.

If somone has the ID and OD of the bushes and mounting brackets i would be gratful.

mine were similar on the front, I kept soaking it in plus gas (couple times a day for a few days), cut off the nut as you have (angle grinder seems to be my best friend) and then had to use a slightly smaller socket and hammer it onto the head of the bolt then with a breaker bar gave it a whack, Solved it
