Any suggestions welcome....

engine still turns over on the starter motor but wont fire. And before someones says it yes theres petrol in her. I think theres no spark....

The garages says might be the immobiliser cutting in. Has anyone had this happen to them on a N reg chim or similar

Anything electrical and it's a bit of a nightmare, any garage you phone for advice will say bring it in, and usually it's some 10p part but it'll cost you £200 in transportation and labour to fix it

Hopefully it's going to be sorted tonight with the replacement of the Ignition Amplifier Module

cheers for that advise, I have someone arrivng at 4.30pm to look at it but they are sure it sounds like either the coil or the imobiliser, they reckon the imobiliser if fairly common one and easy to solve

hopefully back on the road today......???????

well they have been and checked everything, and still reckon its the imobiliser but cant get her to fire, so shes off to the garage on the back of a truck tomorrow bless her......

they say that if she needs a new imobilisers its about £50-60 is that ok... does any one know
