I love it when my TVR fixes itself!! After having rummaged around trying to find the fuel pump circuit short a while back, my interior light now works correctly, it even comes on and off with the remote central locking. How fancy, it’s like a proper car!

Sometimes I dislike this forum, now I have to

A: Find the interior light.
B: Make it work.

I had just assumed that no one had bothered fitting one, just park under a street lamp and take the roof off.

Check the interior light relay. I'm hoping mine was not a standard piece wink

Any idea how you did it?

No, it just started working!

When I was messing around with the fuel pump circuit, I did remove and resit each fuse and relay to make sure they were seated properly.

I had this happen on my TVR S3. One evening my daughter said that I had left a light on in the garage. When I went to investigate the car's interior courtesy light had come on of its own accord. It had never worked before!

Same thing happened with mine - interior light never worked, then one day I had reason to fiddle with the relays and hey presto! An interior light that has a delay and everything!

Can't remember why I was fiddling around - could be a hundred reasons, but there you go. I am presuming the relay was not seated correctly.
