Looks more like a grotty 4 Ltr range rover engine swap to me, and being a 4 Ltr won't be very quick

I thought the intake manifold was the same on the gems, different on the thor?

More to that than meets the eye IMO (probably wrong though) an awful lot of faffing about putting a LR engine in a TVR to make less HP if its a stock 4.0 frown no gains whatsoever if thats the case confused

No it's not my car but I am thinking about buying it I have a Tvr S 3C but I think it's time for a chimaera now
Tvr would not give out much info on the engine when it was sold so I'm told by the owner ? All he knows
Is that it was used as a development car leading up to the Cerb that why I put a pic of the engine on here to see
What u guys thought

Can't see how a Chimaera with a worse Rv8 engine helps to develop the Cerbera confused

Eta, if you are selling the S3c I know someone who might be interested smile

Take it somewhere for a quick power run on the rollers, could be the best £40 you ever spend.

Can't see it myself, my moneys on someone swapping engines after a dead one and doing management at the same time. Any chance it could it be a 4.6 in there?

There doesn't appear to be any breathers on the rocker covers scratchchin

Unless it's the small hose on the drivers side going into the trumpet base...
