Replaced ours inluding new bushes, bolts, washers etc and painted with POR15 for longevity for around £600 (local indy). It was more than this nbut we had a few other bits and bobs done.

Send them for powder coating.
Not too pricey.

Did my fronts last year, and am going to do the rears this year. I stripped, sand blasted and re powder coated all four front wish bones and it cost in the region of £50. The bushes are £2 from TVR and the thrust washers are 28p. Then someone said new wishbones from TVR with bushes are £50 each. So take your pick, but dont forget the waxoil

Yeah, did the fronts on mine at the start of the year.. Sand blasted localy then red-oxide and hammerite. New ball joints, bushes discs and pads all 4 less than £100.. Had the tracking done afterwards which was about £100 at LEDA...

Got mine replaced at Leven on Monday and they did an excellent job, they even called me up to advise me they didn't really need replacing but I didn't fancy all that sanding. The top ones are just under £50 each bottoms are about £90 plus fitting and vat, they come with new bushes fitted, tracking etc all done afterwards.

Can you tell me where you got these from as they used to be £3.85 and £0.68 plus vat each respectively before the price INCREASE?

Your right about the price. I thought they were cheeper than this, but then looked up the old invoice. I got mine from TMS they give 10% off to TVR car club members, or did.

As for torque settings I carnt remember off the top of my head, I will try to find out.

These are the ones I got from factory wheel upgrade docs

UBJ to wishbone 35-40 ftlbs
LBJ to wishbone 15-20
Damper bolts 45-50 (torque at ride height)
Wishbone to chassis 35-40 (torque at ride height)
Rear upright to wishbone 35-40 (torque at ride height)

There is also some early info at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/Peter_Beech/TVR/chasgen.htm#TorqueSettings
