Does the vent/breather pipe go to the Carbon canister or does it just terminate to a breather ? If so they can syphon to the floor if you over fill the tank .

The breather pipe gooes to the front of the car ,behind the grill ,it collects vapours and releases in to the plenum .

Some people like me rip the lot out and just simply leave the pipe under the wheel arch or somewhere in the area with a little breather on it .

Follow the hose from the tee pice on the filler inside the boot and take the rear wheel off ,don`t forget to jack the car up cool

You should see the pipe ,follow it and see where it goes ,if it`s connected to the canister it will be tie wrapped against the chassis to the front of the car ,There are three pipes flow from the tank to the pump then the filter and then to the fuel rail ,the return travels back from the rail along the other side of the car along the chassis back to the other side of the tank .The third is the breather pipe to the carbon canister.

If I`m correct the company went bankrupt and they had to sell the car ,there is a thread somewhere all about your car .

Yes I had heard that it's a lovely colour it's got an 8 inch scrap down passenger side but that's the least of its worries the butchered wiring being the main one
