Gaz Gold spring rates

OK standard Chim 430 with standard wheeels and tyres. What do people advise for spring rates (other than buying Nitrons). Driving mainly roads but occasional trackday.
Thanks
I am on Gaz Gold Pros, on 400lbs front and 375 lbs rear (cos that was what was on them when I got them from a T350 owner). Feels really nice to me, planted yet absorbs the bumps on the road. Plenty of stability on track. I do of course crank the front dampers up from 6 clicks on the road to 16 clicks on the track. I leave the rears at 6 clicks for both, as it hops on hairpins if the rears are too stiff. Thanks
I do 10,000 road miles a year in my 500, 1500 track miles.
Standard springs are something like 325/275, IIRC.
PS, I see you are in Derbyshire. I am in East Notts. We could easily meet up if you want to try mine. PM me if interested
Hi, Not sure what the spring rates are, I just asked for a fast road setup and left it up to them and I am really happy with the result, I am not sure what they would perform like on a track though but on the road not too harsh at slow speed and come into their own when pressing on.
Sorry its not been much help

Found it:
The original specs are:
Front C0098 48.6 N/mm x 5.709 = 277.5 lbs/in
Rear D0103 38 - 60 N/mm (progressive rate spring) x 5.709 = 217 to 342.5 lbs/in
