I don't know if any one else has tried moisture absorbent crystals in their cars but I was amazed how well they worked I put two containers in the car and it has virtually stopped all the condensation, going to add one more container to hopefully solve the problem completely, thanks to the s boys for the tip.

I`ve been doing it for years in my S, I wrapped the silica in muslim and used that. It can be dried in a microwave and reused.

Look - I know it is freakishly large but it doesn't hang that low over the front of the seat... hehe

(...and yes - I have been getting in to work with the bottoms of my jeans wringing wet through thankyou ... I was thinking of getting some bicycle clips!!! )

I used some cheapo Aldi stuff last winter and got a few litres worth of water collected in all that cold weather. This winter no moisture collected at all, same timber shed. Odd.

p.s. I haven't seen the car in a couple of weeks, maybe time to check it's not slopping over the top of the container I think.

Putting Muslims in a bag then stuffing them in your TVR is so wrong Steve!
