Hi

If anyone has advice I would be grateful as this is becoming frustrating. I had the car from new (Year 2000, 4.5 lt) and no problem with the wheel badeges until I moved to France 3 years ago - Do you think it is the heat that is making the badges drop off? Or am I being naive and are they being nicked????

I have had to contact cement, Araldite or Superglue many things back onto the car over the years, but oddly enough, the wheel badges are not on the list.

I would use the blue Araldite. One of the strongest I have found.

Wouldn't glue them, double sided number plate sticky things off of ebay would be my solution.

Clear bathroom sealant I've found very good for this sort of thing. Sticks them fast, but comes off easily when you need it to.

Mark.

PTFE Tape wrapped around the part that pushed in to the wheel, then a gentle shove on.
