Tyre Pressures

Hi,
I know this is a regular topic but would appreciate latest thoughts please.
What do people find are the best tyre pressures for fast road use?
Fronts are 225/45/16, Rears are 245/45/16 Toyo Proxes. Car has power steering.
Previous owner had switched to 16" wheels on the front in order to fit W/Z rated tyres.
