Alternatives to Flat Caps over the rear lights in the boot ?

I really hate the "flat caps" Velco'ed on to cover the rear lights in the boot... I'm always knocking them with my Golf Clubs, they fall off , look tatty. My Tuscan has nicely molded surrounds with screwed in access panels to change the bulbs. Has anyone produced a a fibreglass panel or better alternative ?
Otherwise I'm going to try and make a mold and produce something better.... But I'd prefer an easier option , I don't mind stealing anyone elses better idea .
