Put the Tiv on the tilter to tidy up the NS outrigger. Not much powder coat left but cleaned up fine. Used some of the Jelly based rust remover....quite impressed.

Only tilted to about 20 deg as battery and engine oil still in car. It's a very strange feeling turning the car on its side!!

Pete, I'm probably miles off the mark but does Rugby car care ring a bell? If so you'll remember Rugby motor spares! Just wondering. Alun

Had the Stag 10 yrs, so decided to check the market. A tentative enquiry resulted in it selling within a day. I see that you were an ex Stag owner.

I like British sportscars, don't like an empty garage so a Chimaera seemed the obvious choice. Really enjoyed my 5 months of ownership so far.

This was at the last MOT just before selling.

Beautiful, did you have special hubs to take those wheels? I always wanted one of them as a youngster.
Nice to meet you today Pete, sounded lovely driving away.

Cheers for showing me your car Alun, took some good inspiration from the work you have done on the chassis. Really surprised at the access you have achieved just by removing a few parts.

The Stag had splined adapters, they just bolted to the hubs using existing studs.

All chims sound nice.....some are just louder than others......mines quite tame.....

Your car sounded like inspiration to me, lol. Yep I got a load more done this afternoon.
You can't beat a spoked wheel, the chassis work, come winter time its a fun job to do Pete.
You def need to remove engine mounts and raise engine and design a bendy brush! The good thing is it costs very little, Tvr costing little, your avin a laugh ain't ya!
