Hello me ol' fruits

So I am waiting for me and my dad to build a double garage in order to store the tvr and fully rebuild that engine, on the dyno it had lost over 100 hp and 100lb tq ( now only 160, and 200 lb tq)

But I was curious about the aftermarket ecu's people are putting on theirs, do i need mods? I have no mods, its completely standard

can someone tell me what they would do to get my engine running sweet again and to even have more powaaaaaa, what things to check etc

Oh and, why the hell do my doors keep flying open when im driving along frownfrown
