Me too, and 350wedge who was my co-driver today! Superb day driving around the south coast, but I'm currently lashing on aloe Vera gel to try and soothe the sunburn

I learnt this lesson last year with my first purchase of a convertible.

I now keep (and use) factor 50 in the boot at all times.

The first convertible that I ever drove was when I bought an Escort cab (Essex boy tongue out ) from Heathrow and had to drive it back home, took a few hours in traffic with the roof down.

Took me a couple of days to recover from the sun stroke vomit

On a scientific note, the ozone layer which largely protects us is especially thin (or non-existent) this time of year so it's easy to get fried in spring time.

Bloody hell fellas, this is sounding like the Griff forum... you'll be discussing hair products next or the best way to comb-over to avoid baldy-burn!

Helps to prevent the carpet fading, you should try it on the transmission tunnel, amazing

You could fit one of these skin temp sensors and perhaps add a dial to the dash... Would be interesting to see how it increases with stress as your watching the coolant temp in standing traffic... I bet the two would rise and fall at the same time smile

Or there is always these alternatives... I'm trying the latter in a few years!
