hello,

what are you guys using to replace the copper fuel lines on a chim - what sizes are the pipes?

I'm doing mine at the minute mate, mine had the hard lines replaced with flexy, i don't like that idea so i'm putting hard lines back in.
8mm copper then it's 8mm I/D fuel hose, get the proper injection hose R9

I have uprated various different cars over the years to 8mm copper I always solder the olives over the end that way you don't just rely on just the friction of the hose to stay put as you know have a ridge step for the fuel-hose to slip over wink if you can use a blow torch the job is good has done wink

If you have a brake pipe flaring tool, it will flare the copper pipe fine as long as you use plenty of lube.

I do as above and solder on the 8mm straight couplers like this, two easy ribs to clamp on
