Where do you top up the fluid? Is is accessible from under the car?

Is it accessible or do I need a spanner made by NASA?

You will need a 29mm open ended spanner and there's not much room as the filler plug is very close to the chassis rails.

Not a bad guess
Have you undone the drain plug that's a laff in its self
But make sure you can crack the the filler first

I've just put some stop leak in mine, jacked the car up, used a large adjustable spanner (which I hate to do), it's easier to fill it with the wheel off but you need to make sure the car is sat level when adding the fluid as the bottom of the plug is where you need to fill up to so if the car is at an angle you can end up with too much or too little fluid in depending if it's up or down at the drivers side.

Have you checked the breather?
