There's a thread somewhere in general tvr of someone in ebay remaking old badges and will also customise itnif you want something different, I would try and find it but on my phone

Mine goes cloudy sometimes. Some lovely person on here told me to T-cut it and it now looks brand new !!

The genuine badges are a little more than 2 layer construction though... Why they picked them out in black & chrome is really beyond me, only when you coat them in a single colour does the rounded contour and full 3D effect show up IMHO. Not sure you could achieve the same form unless they are a good quality cast, to CNC/mill would require hours of cutting with very small tooling for the forms the cast leaves I reckon.

The cast rocker covers are the same, they only come to 3D life in the same way. Most owners don't even know they exist because of the dumb 'coat then polish the tops off' presentation so they look just like all the others?
