Can anyone help?

I have a remote boot release that works off a Meta (HPA) fob. This has two buttons, I use only one.

I have a garage door remote made by Hormann (HSE2 fob). This has two buttons, I use only one.

Can you see where this is going...?

How do I (can I, even?) programme one remote to do both things? Ideally the Meta remote because its a bit nicer, but beggars can't be choosers.

Anybody know whether its possible?

Many thanks,

Rich

Highly unlikely to work either way unfortunately.

The Meta system is digitally coded and each component is registered in the system so it would not "talk" to the alien Horman system, that aside they would need to be using the same RF frequency range which they probably are not!

To achieve this integration, perhaps if a 2nd meta receiver was added to the garage door system (would require digital coding with car system if possible?) this could switch the Horman door opener when the 2nd Meta button is pressed.

I'd try David @ HF solutions to see if this is feasible with the Meta system

Have something similar for my garage door - not pretty as it hangs out of the back of the door motor box, but it does work. [disclaimer - not a meta system though]

Rick. Keep them separate. Far too tricky. In the dark will not know which button to press! May end up leaving garage door open at night, oooops.
