Heater control unit again.

Hi I need some help with the heater control unit, I'm now on my second one in a few years. I don't use the car a lot and I use the heaters even less. So I'm thinking this second ones been used less then an hour.
Is there a fix to stop this happening. Also the plugs looking burn now I'm a bit stuck on what to do next with this problem

This comes up all the time.
The live feed to the control box is via an underspecced connector block which burns out (the brown colour on yours)
You need to change this for a higher rated connection. People have directly soldered a higher ampage wire to the PCB inside the box.
There have been quite a few posts in the past.
