You need to loosen off the hunges and then you can move the door up, down, forward & backwards etc.
You can do this either on the outside, i.e where the hinge bolts to the a post, or I did mine by loosening the inside hinge bolts, which are under the carpet around the sill area and up behind the right of dash above where your right knee would be.
You'll need to then either prop the door into position or get somebody to hold while you re tighten them.

Before you dive in are you adjusting because the door has dropped?
If so then first check to see if you can lift the door up and down. If you can then you may have to replace the hinge bushes but sometimes you can simply tighten the hinge bolts which we have seen almost falling out. If you go this route it helps to remove each bolt and apply some Loctite before re-fitting and tightening.
