Hot running / Start-up issues:

I’m currently having some issues when the car is hot which usually happens after the car has been sitting for a few minutes e.g. filling up with fuel or when sitting in heavy traffic for long periods. The symptoms are that when I try and pull away at a junction the car runs very rough and almost stalls, unless I give it extra revs. This coincides with the AFR going very lean (off the scale).

I originally thought this was caused by heat soak to the MAT sensor, causing the sensor to read a much higher temperature than the actual air temp. However after spending a lot of time adjusting the MAT correction vales; I’m pretty sure this isn’t a mapping issue.

I’m going to do a few checks at the weekend but not sure where to start other than the obvious checks of fuel and spark.
Any other ideas on this?
