Caliper question

Does anyone know if the 4.0L and 5.0L share the same rear calipers,

Depends, if vented to vented or solid to solid disc models then yes.

The rears are Escort Cosworth if that helps.

Later calipers have wider claws for the vented discs .

These is the early brakes are 253x10mm ,they use different hubs.

Is there any 4 pot calipers which will bolt straight on to my vented 273 discs .? I`ve seen large bells on the rear with standard calipers but not the other way round

Fortunately I managed to sort the rear calipers that had seized for they should live for another while.

You'll enter the hedge backwards if you put four pots on the rear, larger bells make more sense.
