What do we generally torque the ARP head nuts to?
Also inlet manifold bolts please

Good job i stopped at 75 then. Had 90 in mind but thought i better double check.

What gasket arrangement did you settle on Derek? Composites again?

Elring again. I have faith in them. Was my fault i ran weak and blew the last one.
Following advice i applied some copper sealant to the replacement.
I guess the nearside one may go at the pod on 14th or Elvington in October.

Not sure if you can equate it this way but what FI boost level do you reckon your Nitrous load gives?

I estimate my 328 bhp goes to 550 on full race chat.
What do you reckon?

I would imagine that's got to equate to something like 12-14psi on a 'normal' CR motor. In which case the gaskets are doing well.

That said, I know nitrous is supposed to cushion thermal shock and det etc when set up right so maybe kinder on engines than mechanical FI?

I would think it depends on what lubricant you intend to use on the threads. This can impact on the actual force required. I usually use the supplied ARP stuff and back off accordingly.
