silver manifold paint needed

Hi, just had my manifolds shotblasted after removing the pre cats, I was wanting to paint them silver before re fitting, does anyone know a good high temp paint? im slightly worried about all the paint burning off and looking a mess, or shall I just leave them bare metal,? I also read somewhere once about coating them lightly with engine oil once fitted then getting them very hot, this supposedly gives a nice effect?? any advice greatfully received,
