Replacing the rubber seals on roof

Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to replace the rubber seals on the targa top. Mine are a little old and although I have put some plastic tubing inside to help, I really think I need to replace them properly.

Also, where can I get the seal strips from?

you can get the "targa seal" from TVR dealers - I replaced both sides for about £6....HHC stock it...
