Door rebuild - has anyone had one done?

My windows are biblically slow. Not only that but they appear to be slightly out of alingment and the drivers door is missing its scraper rubber down at the bottom of the window. I think I would just like to pay someone to rebuild them with to get both windows and doors working perfectly - has anyone had this done, and can you recommend a particularly good place to have it done?

I've not taken it to bits, but I did lubricate the window runners with silicone spray, I also removed the speaker to access the motor, it's easy to do through the speaker hole. I unplugged the electrical connector to the windscreen motor and it was all green and corroded. I spent a bit of time scraping clean the electrical contacts and used electrical contact cleaner and refitted the plug. I also removed a small red bung in the motor and poured in some light machine oil. Put it all back together and now it's super fast! The combination of all of the above really did wonders.

Yeah I've tried those before and they're still really slow, I was going to put in a new scraper rubber too but it looks like the window is a bit too close to the outer door for one to fit so I suspect that the runners have moved out of alignment and that's what's causing the problem. I would try it myself as I've taken the doors apart before but I am fairly confident that I'll only make it worse!
