fared-in lupo lights

Has anyone tried combining the fared-in headlight kits with lupo upgrades? All the companies I have spoken to say that they have only done the faring upgrades with standard 7" lights. The lupus look so much nicer. Is it possible to combine the two upgrades??

Yes Steve Edwards These are Lupo but another style .

Ah thanks for that. I'm not convinced by the black surrounds with the Steve Edwards covers. Any other solutions?

My faired in lupos

Steve can also colour code the headlamp bowls

There has to be a black border to hide the underlying joint (Steve can make this very small - only a few mm's but it is unavoidable with lupos)

Cost wise
- need to source some lupos (around £120-150 a pair although can get cheaper second hand)
- Steve charges around £400 to fit them inc his parts and consumables

So about £550 all in

Steve will sell you a self fit kit but I'd recommend against it in this case. Fitting lupos is not as straight forward as fairing in the existing lights). Some people (silicone kid?) have complained about poor fit and panel gaps. Going with Steve insures against this.

I am happy with the lupo look Spike, without the clear covers thanks, as it personnel opinion I prefer the Lupo with the standard cowel that my car came with, but If mine was a later model with the clear outer lense already fitted then of course I would have the steve Edwards version which looks equally as good. The lupo sharpens up the front end of the car, I know the chim is classic looking TVR, and should not be molested in such a way and I agree with that, but the original lucas lenses that the TVR specialists are selling them for are a rip off , and I hate getting Conned.

there lots of good options out there Mac, the key is the get them done correctly, as Daz eluded to, he has gaps at the top of his cowlings?

Spoke to the new owner of my old chim a couple of days ago, he commented on 2 things, the power and the great light from the Lupos!

Having suffered a broken headlight lens while in France it occurs to me that the Lupo plastic lenses have an additional benefit. Virtually unbreakable.

I am very torn at the moment as I have tried to make any mods to my car reversible but I really want to go down the faired in lights look and I don't like the original Lucas lenses.

The Lupos would need big modification to fit so
