I am due a service soon.
I have used Colin Blower before and they seemed OK but
since they moved it is a lot harder to get there.
I am in Birmingham on the NEC side. Any one out there have any recommendations (or not) for good local places. Who are this Team Proactive bunch ?

Also Adrian Venn of Exactly-TVR.
Has been involved with TVR's for as long as I can remember (at leats 15 years).
He is very thorough and probably better for any non engine related items (Jamie and Dom at Power for anything engine related).
Adrian has serviced our Griff and also done lots of other bits.

Not used 'em but there's County TVR in Cheltenham, about an hour South.

Team Proactive went into receivership a year and a half or so ago. The staff have moved to CentralTVR in Wordsley near Merry Hill shopping centre. Number is 01384-571021.

I use Midland Classic restorations. a small place on the A449 at Ombersley between worcester and kidderminster..

www.midlandclassicrestorations.co.uk

They look afther the chim these days and are opening up this week to help fit the engine in the Tuscan racer...

I'd call them engineers rather than mechanics and definetly not main dealer fitter monkies.

( although i'll admit Dom did start at a landrover main dealers before progressing to restorations at heritage)
