Viewing a Chim - anyone know it

Hello, I'm viewing a Chimaera tomorrow and am just wandering if any of you guys know of it or its history etc.
Its this one in the classifieds [url]www.pistonheads.com/sales/detail.asp?i=33525&sc=D8BJ[/url] and has had new s/motor, clutch, battery, roof seals, recently wax-oiled outriggers etc and FSH.
Whilst it sounds pretty promising any extra info should you have any would be much appreciated. The car is based in Mansfield, Notts with the current owner having had it 3 years.

I don't know the car Tony but get a look at all the bills/service history. If this guy has had it 3 yrs he should know it well. How many miles has he done in it? Check continuous MOT etc. If you don't feel confident enough to check the mechanical condition well, call Rob Ingleby and see if he can meet you there. The car looks stunning and a very good price to me so even including Rob's fee it will be worthwhile.

I quizzed the seller for quite a while on the phone and he sounds fairly knowledgeable having owned an S and a 500 Griff previously. He's selling to fund a house extension. He replaced the dash as the veneer had started to peel and has serviced it every 6k with the next one being due in April and MOT till June.
He currrently has the car garaged and off the road as he states he doesn't drive it through the winter, both a good and bad thing.
Will let you know how I get on
