Its possible to get down to 9 kg as per the TVR 500 flywheel. Its time consuming and you have to get the balance right after milling! But IMO the best thing to do is like I have, and buy this superlight one from V8tuner:

Its 6.8kg and a direct fit, will spin up like a cerbera
