Rear wheel buckled

Went to have a new pair of tyres fitted today to find that one of the rear 16" alloys is buckled. One of my fronts was also buckled but I was lucky enough to be offered a pair of fronts,so that was easy to rectify.
I know finding a 16" will be more difficult,15's come up because people replace them with 16's on the front(as we all know)
So,does anyone have a, or know of a scabby or otherwise set, or individual wheel for sale? Must be round though.
Failing that can anyone recommend anyone that could possibly straighten my buckled wheel?

Thanks for replying...My mate who fits tyres for me said he could balance it up at a push,but it was clearly buckled when he spun it up on the balancer.

Where abouts in the country is your mate?
