Door Locks Conundrum

I have a conundrum here where my passenger door won't lock via central locking during its winter hibernation.

Last year both door mechanisms failed for some reason, so i replaced both door control mechanisms ie pistons & the relay under dash to be sure - all okay. Meta system all checked with multi meter again okay.

Clearly i wasn't expecting repeat issue. On basis all components replaced & working, can anyone experience similar or suggest anything not replaced above ?

Can you hear the solenoid going clunk !

If it's only during cold weather that sounds like something needs a touch of lubricating oil or grease.

Yes - I can hear solonoid working

Good point about weather I tried it when it was sub zero so grease may have thickened somewhat in lever mechanism. Just be dissapointed to have to replace again so soon especially using OE parts.

Have you stuck your head/hand into the gap behind the seat where all the levers and pulleys which drive the locks live to see whats going on when you press the button?
